Refund & Exchange Policy
At Zarqash Studio, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every shawl we create.
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund:

The shawl must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition (neat and clean).

You must request a refund within 3 days of receiving your order.

The product must be returned in its original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will initiate your refund.
Please note that a 10% deduction will be applied to cover handling and service charges.
The remaining amount will be refunded through your original payment method.
2. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange your shawl for a different color or design:

Exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery.

The shawl must be in unused and clean condition.

Exchange shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
3. Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Used or washed shawls.

Sale or discounted items (unless damaged upon arrival).

Custom or made-to-order products.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with pictures of the product.
We will replace it at no additional cost or offer a full refund (as applicable).
